SealTite® Leak Repair Flange Clamps

- Simple, easy to use, nondestructive
- Quickly, effectively stops gasket leaks onstream
- Bolt holes are sealed without damaging the flange
- Reusable with new sealing elements
- Easily removed during turnarounds
- Fits flanges where O.D. and gap varies
- Ideal for flanges with wide temperature, pressure fluctuations
- Custom clamps manufactured for excessive offsets, and gaps, and for any size, shape, temperature, pressure, process, or material
- Copper tubing standard. Stainless tubing, teflon, and graphite packing sealing elements available for chemical applications
- Hydraulic injections gun injects sealants through injection valve
- Sealant travels into gasket area, around flange studs/nuts to seal leak
- Standard clamps in ½” to 24” sizes for ANSI 150#, 300#, and 600# rate flanges. Larger sizes available upon request
